60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

  • A return request must be submitted and approved before sending anything back.
    Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide full instructions on how to send your item back.


Return Shipping

We strive to make returns smooth and transparent.

  • For products returned due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or “not the right fit,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
    (This helps us keep our prices fair for all customers.)

  • If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and replace the item or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please note — once processed, refunds can take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.
