At FeetSense™, we want your new shoes delivered quickly, safely, and conveniently. We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Australia and worldwide.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment.
You’ll also receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Order Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm AEST).

Orders placed before 11am AEST are generally shipped the same day.

In rare cases, we may need additional verification before processing an order, including contact or address confirmation, to prevent fraudulent activity.

Shipping Carriers
We use reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Order Issues
If you don’t receive your confirmation email within a few hours, please check your spam folder first.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days, contact the same email and our team will assist you.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
While we aim to process every order smoothly, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in rare circumstances, including suspected fraud or website pricing errors.
If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was already processed.
